At practice today, Dustin and Jenna worked on technique with Mr. K. We skied the Birkie 5 k loop, stopping a lot and talking about balance, poling, V1, V2, turning corners, etc.. He is giving great tips on how to ski more efficiently and have more fun on those hills.
The next practice will be Saturday. (too cold tomorrow and the rest of the week.) The time has not yet been determined.
